Deco Marketing Group was launched by Marjorie Large, a longtime Santa Barbara resident and confessed Lifestyle enthusiast. Marjorie has worked in and studied marketing for many years. Her experience runs the gamut of building national marketing campaigns, creating and orchestrating event promotions, developing publicity and marketing plans, creating direct mail marketing packages, writing copy for websites, and negotiating print and broadcast media. Deco Marketing Group consists of talented graphic and web designers as well. The team is rounded out by event consultants and assistants, to ensure that all event marketing promotions run smoothly.

Marjorie received her undergraduate degree in Business Economics from UCSB and her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, with emphases in entrepreneurship and marketing.
